People who work in offices and the corporate world may or may not experience a burn out. When the work gets tough and competition makes things harder, there is more pressure on the employees. We have all heard stories of people who work all day and night and hardly have time to relax. These people will suffer a burn out sooner or later. Offices sometimes employ team building exercises to help different departments get to know each other and work better together.
